Ken Hurst, Associate Broker, Realtor

I’m an intent listener and purposeful plan executor. Your goals and needs are my focus. My background as a CPA (certified public accountant), CFO (chief financial officer) andreal estate investor/renovator provides me with a unique skill set capable of helping you successfully achieve your real estate goals. So, whether it’s your personal residence or investment property, I’ll create a market-driven, personal plan that’s right for you and your needs.

My solid negotiating skills, high level of integrity and personally tailored game plan deliver not only a high level of satisfaction, but also create long term relationships among my clients. I greatly value these relationships and look to be a trusted advisor long after the sale, whether it’s providing A+ contractor referrals, conducting cost/benefit analyses for home renovations or evaluating an investment property decision. I look forward to these engagements and seek to be my clients’one-stop real estate resource.

I hold a graduate degree in Accounting from Virginia Commonwealth University and an undergraduate degree in Economics and Business from Randolph-Macon College.
